About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to support a participant in the Blacktown area.

This role involves assisting with community access, daily living skills, and light domestic support while promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support community outings and appointments

  • Encourage independence and routine building

  • Assist with daily living skills

  • Light household cleaning and tidy-up

  • Build positive rapport with participant

  • Maintain professional boundaries

  • Follow support plans and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Police Check

  • First Aid / CPR preferred

  • Driver licence preferred

  • Reliable transport preferred

  • Previous support experience desirable

  • Compassionate and dependable nature
